Purpose

We collect this information to record preliminary interest (waitlist) in potential enrolment at a preschool currently in preparation, and to contact you regarding its opening for the 2027/2028 school year. Submitting the form is not a binding application for enrolment.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the registration form.

Retention Period

We retain your data until the preschool opens and enrolment is complete, or until you withdraw your consent - whichever comes first.

Recipients

We do not sell your data. We process it ourselves and share it only with our technical service providers (email and hosting services) solely for the purpose stated above.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
